We offer in studio and onsite yoga classes for the young athletes.

We recognize this is a special area of need where sports training can leave athletes strong in some areas but inflexible and weak in others, this leads to muscle imbalance and injury. Yoga can be a great addition to a training regime to enhance peak performance in all sports and help reduce the risk of injury.

Strength training combined with flexibility increase power. More power enhances explosive movements in sports such as football, baseball, soccer, tennis and basketball.

Breathing control and mindfulness improves focus, concentration and reduces stress.

Controlled and deep stretching will help with recovery of tight, overused muscles.

Yoga is also a great way for young athletes to decompress and relax from their busy sport and academic schedule.

Our yoga teacher has specialized experience in this area and classes run for 4 weeks at a time. Private group sessions for teams are also available.
